1.   We at ACPS Security understand that we are involved in a service industry.

2.   All personnel from ACPS Security share the responsibility, equally, of providing the best service possible.

3.   It is our role to protect our client’s interests their property and personnel. This means that we will:

• Always have an emphasis on prevention, rather than apprehension;
• Keep our clients informed at all times;
• Never conduct ourselves in anyway that would bring our clients or ourselves into disrepute;

4.   Once we at ACPS Security have accepted a contract then it becomes our duty to fulfil that contract.

5.   From this we understand that our clients are our one and only path to success and that the pride that we take in our work will always be the pride of fulfilling our duty.
